I cannot recommend diDonato Law due to persistent communication issues, missed deadlines, and highly questionable billing practices. After paying a significant retainer, I experienced severe delays and unresponsiveness. Furthermore, my invoices contained clear errors—specifically, flat administrative... filing fees were improperly multiplied into hourly legal rates. When brought to the firm's attention, the explanation given was that their billing software could not separate the two, which is entirely unacceptable. I ultimately had to terminate representation and dispute the unearned retainer fees and phantom billing hours.
