Andrew David Mead

I am a member of the Intellectual Property team and a registered patent attorney who assists clients with their intellectual property goals using patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secret protections. I focus on patent strategy, patent applications and prosecution, patent appeals and post-issuance procedures, primarily in the electro-mechanical fields. My experience includes patent applications related to consumer products, building designs and materials, tools, agricultural equipment, aviation components, and industrial manufacturing equipment and processes. I also represent clients in litigation matters arising from intellectual property disputes.

Prior to entering the legal profession, I was a licensed professional engineer working in the electric power sector where I was involved in the design, construction, and modification of commercial nuclear power plants.
