Ms. Hernandez was charged with the murder of her 91 year old aunt who she's was caring for. The aunt weighed 35 pounds and had bones exposed through pressure sores when she died. The coroner said it w ... as the worst case of elder abuse he had ever seen. The defense expert testified that the aunt would not have survived so long except for Ms. Hernandez's care.
