My firm represented Defendants Omnibus Americanos, Autobuses Americanos, and Grupo Estrella Blanca, which are a Mexican group of bus corporations akin to Greyhound. Our clients, among other entities, ... were sued for alleged involvement of a bus accident that took place in Chihuahua, Mexico. I successfully authored and argued a Motion to Dismiss for Forum Non Conveniens in Federal court which led to a complete dismissal of the matter.
