OUTCOME: Settled without need for lengthy trial.

Divorced involved two business owners. At issue was: (1) the value of the community property business and the amount of community property funds that were being hidden by the opposing party managing t ... he business, and (2) the value of the respective community property and separate property interests in a high value family residence. After thoroughly investigating and researching the community property business records and aggressive negotiations, I successfully pressured the opposing party to settle out of court and meet my client's demands.
