My client is a wholesale bread distributor who developed routes for a major bread manufacturer, he was in the industry for 40+ years. When the bread manufacturer sold his routes and refused to sell hi ... m bread, we filed a suit for breach of implied-in-fact contract and demonstrated that my client had an ownership interest in the routes - manufacturer had no right to sell them.
