Attorney McHale is the best attorney around! Not only is he a friendly, compassionate Lawyer, he is always welcoming and willing to hear everything you have to say! He is so compassionate about his cases and client's wants and needs! He answers phone calls, and emails promptly so you have the answers... you want!!!! I am a very impatient red head and he ALWAYS kept me in the loop and always gave me reassurance!!!!!!!!!! I recommend him to anyone!!!!!!

I was Michael's client this past year. He is associated with the Law Offices of Michael V. Marinaro. I engaged him to represent me in Lancaster while I was living in San Francisco so I didn't have to appear in court to contest a speeding ticket while I was visiting Lancaster last November. Michael mi...ssed the court date, which caused them to have to file a continuance, which then required my presence. I have had multiple issues with delayed communication (I needed to follow up multiple times to get a response), miscommunication (my second court date was schedule during a business trip, however I had indicated well in advance that I would be in San Francisco during that time, forcing another rescheduled court date and another trip), and incorrect information on legal documents. When we appeared in court together, he failed to represent my concerns to the judge calling into question the calibration of the traffic control device. None of my original objectives for hiring counsel were met.

Not only is he knowlegeable about the law, he progressively advances the cause of his client, seeking his utmost to free his client of wrongful events and happenin...gs. In the courtroom he was stern, but still spoke respectfully, because in my opinion he was doing all he could to work for me and effectuate an acceptable outcome. Outside of Court, he is soft spoken and very personable, taking an interest in his client's needs in emotionally distressing situations. On more than one occasion, recognizing my distress, he invited me to go out for a casual lunch to talk about sports and other subjects. In a sense, he has become my friend as well as an excellent attorney. I would not hesitate to recommend this good man to anyone in need of a good, understanding, caring lawyer.
