I paid Eric Kuske a $1000 to get my son a bond/ and or something greater for a violation of probation. When I signed the paper he said he would most likely have a hearing within a week, then he said courts were backed up and would be 5-10 business days. After 2 wks and getting fed up with him not ret...urning my messages or letting me know what is going on; I call the court house and they tell me that they never received any request for a hearing or have heard from a lawyer and if he did it would be in their system! I was furious messaging Eric Kuske to return my money and he finally messages me defending himself making excuses and all of a sudden comes up with a court date the next wk. He told me has talked with prosecutor several times and I should be charged $5000 for this then later find out he spoke to him only twice. He would not return my phone calls, rarely messaged me back, and if he did it was only to defend himself and not answer the questions I had. He did not go see my son when he said he would building up more tension till the last minute giving him such false hope that he cried and could not eat. Eric Kuske then tells there is slim chance of getting bond before even gathering any other information which when he showed up at the hearing he went to the prosecutor for what he was scoring at instead of gathering the info himself. If he was so doubtful of obtaining a bond, why would he take $1000 from me? This is a whole month salary for me right now and he knew this (working on business for healing others)! Anyone who knows about law of attraction knows about the power of thoughts. If I knew from beginning he was so doubtful and not confident; I would have never hired him. He also talks so fast that my son and I had a hard time understanding him and he even hung up the phone on my son in mid-sentence! When he shows at hearing he tells me I may be able to speak, but can not down play like saying it was just speeding which I was very upset that officer did not let me go up to stand or Eric calling me up since my son was not there to stand up for himself which I requested the lawyer to make happen which he never got back to me on that either....then at end of his testimony he says himself to judge it was just speeding! At the hearing he stated my son at a different age than he is and put up fight by stating he has been on probation 3 yrs with clean record, nonviolent, passed all drug tests after he made things sound worse than what they were. My son was speeding not knowing a police officer was chasing him and caused an accident, but he failed to mention that he just got car, did not realize how fast he was going, has been honest, was juvenile when got caught going in unlocked cars being tried as an adult, working on bettering his life and others (got ordained as a minister to help counsel), did not realize the severity and consequences until this happened swearing to never speed again, has been in jail for a month for this already, needs medical attention from accident, and has a 2yr old daughter who doesn't understand why she doesn't see daddy anymore which I think would have made a major difference in the outcome as the judge did not agree to the bond. So I just lost a $1000 for nothing. I try to contact him later asking about a house arrest and if he can make that possible, but he never replies to me with the answer and my son remains in jail! He originally agreed to come back for a later hearing to bargain for a better deal, but my son and I both agree that we would be better off with a public defender who may have more confidence, decency, and respect than Eric Kuske and we fire him. Hope this story will help save someone else from the aggravation and loss of money that I went through.
