Brett Weinstein prepared my revocable trust in 2000. I was told that any future questions and changes to the trust all will be handled free of cost. In 2008, we bought a new home and wanted it to be put into the trust. A copy of the deed, which they wanted was sent in Oct 2008. Despite several remind...ers by letters and phone calls, they are yet to prepare the document for transferring the new home into the trust.. I spoke to his assistant 4 weeks ago. She said she was going to prepare the document and mail it in a week. Three weeks passed with no response.

She was told If she ever needed any questions answered she was free to contact their attorney. In June 2008 my mother and I did have a question. We contacted the representative and we ...were given the attorneys name and phone number. I began calling the attorney in or around the end of June. As of today I have not received even a phone call back. I have spoken to the attorneys secretary several time between June and today , September 25,2008. I spoke with the customer service representative Sara who informed me I was given the wrong attorney and gave me yet another name. Two weeks later I called again. This time I was told that I had the right attorney the first time. The customer service rep. informed me that the attorney was very busy. She also told me that there was no more she could do for me. I shutter to think what would happen to elderly people without assistance.
