The van was traveling 75-80 mph when it ... hit ice on an overpass and lost control spinning into the guardrail on one side of the interstate, and then continuing across and slamming into the guardrail on the opposite side before crashing into a State Patrol vehicle. Our client suffered a herniated disc in the lumbar region of the spine requiring surgery.
