Father and Mother had a mostly uneventful post-divorce relationship...until new boyfriend came along. Mother decided that new boyfriend should replace Father and started to push Father out. After dev ... eloping a "high road" strategy with Father, we successfully moved the judge to award Father sole physical custody on an emergency basis. We demonstrated for judge the Mother was not putting children's best interests first. The case is still pending and we are preparing for trial. I fight for fathers' rights.
