Mother vs adult daughter. Mother had 2 of her children residing with her through safety placements with DSS. Mother took out dv complaint for adult daughter hitting her, hitting children. With the 50B ... in place, the adult daughter shows up to residence with out of county social worker, who dupes law enforcement into thinking she can take the children. And she leaves with them! My client calls in a panic. I call the judge and get her immediately involved. Children are returned.
