Client charged with three counts of felony assault on three different women, common law robbery, and communicating threats. Client was also charged with being an habitual felon, and thus faced a consi ... derably enhanced sentence if convicted. At trial, the state offered into evidence pictures of physical injuries to two of the women and evidence that client offered a false alibi when arrested by police. Mr. Pruden argued self-defense with regard to two of the assaults and raised questions about the states' witnesses' testimony with regard to the other charges.
