Attorney McLaughlin is who you want in your corner.

Attorney McLaughlin represented me in my Social security case. From the very beginning when I met him for a consultation, he described to me exactly what I should do and not do going forward. In detail, he explained what information I should have / collect and what about MY personal situation would be relevant or not heading into my appeal hearing. Attorney McLaughlin knew just what I should expect, walked me through every step of the SSI/SSA process, and even provided time frames as to how long things would generally take. Unemployment Comp Case

I hired Attorney Mclaughlin to accompany me to an unemployment appeal. It was comforting having him there with me and he did a great job at questioning the employer and their inaccurate facts. I would utilize Trinity Law and Attorney Mclaughlin again for any legalities in the future.

Person With Integrity

Auto Accident

I really appreciated the Christian, Professional Lawyer that Shawn is. I was involved in an accident, had injuries and my car insurance only paid a certain amount even though it wasn't my fault. Months before the 2 year limitation I contacted Shawn for advice. I did not want to sue and Praise God! my case was settled without anymore problems. My husband is disabled and I really appreciated all the help I received from Shawn and his wonderful assistant (Christy). This firm is more than excellent. Many thanks!!!

Unemployment hearing due to supposed “willful misconduct”.

He appealed my unemployment case due to supposedly “willful misconduct” to the second appeal and the referees decision to deny my benefits was reversed.

Excellent Attorney

When I was denied my unemployment compensation, I decided to file an appeal. I hired Attorney Shawn McLaughlin to represent me at my Appeal Hearing. Due to his excellent knowledge of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law he made my case and the determination of “ineligible” was REVERSED and I am now ELIGIBLE for my unemployment benefits! Such a relief. He was also great about returning my phone calls/emails and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Shawn McLaughlin.

Unemployment Compensation Win!!

I contacted Attorney Shawn McLaughlin when I was laid off from my job and then was shocked to find myself denied unemployment compensation over a technicality. It was a terrible time for me and there was no way I could navigate the UC system without legal help. Shawn knew what to do! He prepared a brief and filed my appeal. I was granted a new hearing which Shawn attended on my behalf. Because of his hard work I won the appeal and my unemployment compensation has now been restored. I highly recommend Shawn as a terrific lawyer.
