I went to visit her when I was having a issue with another attorney, as to get a second opinion and with the thoughts that I would use her due to issues with my attorney. She provided me with the information I needed to make my decision. She explained where I stood in regards to regaining custody an...d with circumstances how the courts were curently handling such matters. I appreciated the honesty because my current attorney mislead me into thinking I would get 50/50 custody automatically. In the end I made the decision to stick with my attorney due to financial reasons, and the fact myself and the other party were able to come to an agreement. Mrs.Benson information to regain a custody schedule and then revisit more custody down the road as situations improved not only helped me avoid a trial for no reason but also helped the overall relationship between myself and the other party. I am in the process of refering another client to Mrs.Benson as they are in a similar situation as myself.
