Biography
Sean A. Fields is the co-chair of CGA Law Firm’s Education Law group. His practice focuses on representing school districts, students, school employees and municipalities. During his career with the Pennsylvania School Boards Association, he successfully worked with superintendents, school directors, and solicitors on a variety of legal issues including student discipline, special education, extracurricular activities, employment matters, taxation and constitutional rights.
Sean is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University and Northern Kentucky University. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Shippensburg University in the Educational Leadership program and as a member of the Shippensburg University School Study Council. Sean currently writes and edits a monthly newsletter called CGA School Law Snapshot.
