Seamus Donohue Dubbs

On two separate occasions this man represented me because he was appointed by the courts. Both times he made me plead guilty to crimes that I didn't commit because he wouldn't look into my cases or try to help defend me. Thanks to Seamus, I have a F1 on my record because his legal advice to me was, a...nd I quote, "A felony is a felony, you should just plead guilty". I wish nothing but the most horrible things for this man. He is a scum of the earth and worth not the dirt he walks on. Please do not pick this guy as your lawyer, you will regret it.

This man was always reachable and truly concerned with my case as well as my wellbeing. His knowledge of Criminal Law is second to none. He is extremely intelligent and kept me informed of the proceedings. I would give him the highest recommendation, and would use his services again without any hesit...ation!

Seamus was my public defender. My accuser did not show up at my trial. A York City police officer. Seamus left my side during the hearing and stood next to the prosecuting attorney. About a year later he was working for the District Attorneys office. As a public defender for me he was worthless. It ... was IMO a sell out. At my expense. I would rate Seamus zero stars as an ethical legal representative as my public defender. The state paid so I can considered him as hired. I'm glad it wasn't my money.
