Rachel A. Clancy

I have been an attorney at Stock and Leader since 2007, focusing primarily on legal aspects of business. My work experience with the Department of the Navy in construction contracting, coupled with my Masters degree in acquisition and contract management and my law degree aid me in focusing on the "details of the deal". It is a professional goal of mine to counsel clients not only in the best way to accomplish the deal but also to counsel clients about whether a particular deal is the best, based on all of the factors involved.  My practice focuses are to aid entrepreneurs in accomplishing their goals and guide business clients in making the best business decisions.
