I currently lead Stock and Leader's Environmental Law Group in providing counsel to local, regional and national clients.
I have over 22 years of environmental law experience at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), where I served as Assistant Counsel in the Southcentral Regional Office. In that role, I was responsible for advising DEP programs that implemented environmental cleanups, sewage planning, water permitting and enforcement, radiation protection, and waste management in 15 counties across southcentral Pennsylvania. I have also litigated numerous matters before the Environmental Hearing Board and have practiced extensively before the Commonwealth Court. Additionally, I served as a mediator for the Office of General Counsel’s Mediation Program, which assists disputing parties with reaching mutually acceptable agreements.
