Marc Semke is a York County native, who graduated from York College with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Since 2004, Marc has been representing clients in Criminal, Juvenile and Family matters in York County.
Marc is eager to provide exemplary counsel to those who have been charged with a wide range serious offenses and complex criminal cases. He has represented clients in cases involving homicide, aggravated assault, sexual offenses, robbery, burglary, felony drug offenses, theft, Driving Under the Influence, and many other offenses. Marc has extensive experience defending clients charged with DUI; challenging every aspect of a DUI arrest. Marc has also represented clients on appeal before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
In addition to representing adult clients, Marc has a wealth of experience in defending children who are charged with criminal offenses. Marc is dedicated to guiding youth through the Court system while ensuring they benefit from the help, structure, discipline and educational opportunities of rehabilitation programs. Marc believes this path will provide our youth with an opportunity to reach their goals and end the cycles of violence and addiction that plague our community.
