Jeffrey T. Bitzer

Jeffrey Bitzer is a really nice guy, one of the most affordable attorneys in the area. He handled my Child Custody case and was very easy to work with, and answered all my questions and personally took all my phone calls (and did not charge me per phone call). He is definitely one of the most persona...ble attorneys I have ever met. However, my complaint is that he is definitely not a 'fighter'. He was not willing to push back against what my ex and his lawyer wanted for custody- Mr. Bitzer was pretty adamant that we try to settle before going to court. Now here I am several years later and my case is going to go to court. (I've hired different representation this time around.) He is great when you just need legal representation and have most of the custody details worked out already, or to draw up documents. He doesn't really *fight* to win your case though. Would not recommend him to someone with a difficult case.
