Biography
Jason is a senior counsel attorney in the Saxton & Stump Real Estate group. The depth of Jason’s background in local government – including more than a decade as the solicitor of the City of York – significantly benefits the firm’s expanding municipal practice. Jason has experience in governing body regulations and compliance, business privilege tax assessment appeals, and a wide range of litigation matters.
Jason is part of the group of professionals who came to Saxton & Stump in 2025 from the longtime York County law firm Stock & Leader. Before his time at Stock & Leader, when he worked for the City of York, he oversaw the city’s legal department and represented York on various governmental compliance and employment issues.
Jason graduated from Penn State Law in University Park, where he was a member of the Woolsack Academic Honor Society and the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic. Jason earned his undergraduate degree at Mercyhurst University.
