Biography
I have practiced bankruptcy law since 1995. I represented debtors primarily in a number of consumer bankruptcies (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) through 2006. At that point, I was hired as a staff attorney for the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for cenral Pennsylvania. I served in that role until May, 2022 when I returned to private practice to represent primarily debtors in consumer and commercial (Chapter 11) cases. I also represent creditors, in particular, spouses of debtors who seek to protect their rights. I believe my experience and knowledge of the bankruptcy laws and rules will promptly resolve your financial difficulties.
