He completed his undergraduate degree at George Mason University, graduating with highest honors, summa cum laude. Evan is a graduate of Spring Grove High School.
He is a member of the York County Bar Association. Evan serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the ARC of York County and York Young Professionals. He also works closely with Mid Penn Legal Services to offer pro bono representation for low-income families. Evan was honored with a Pro Bono Recognition Award from the York County Bar Association for his work with pro bono clients in 2016.
