I maintain a general commercial litigation practice with a particular focus on disputes between stakeholders in closely-held corporations, LLC's, and partnerships, including business divorces, contested valuations, and freeze-out issues. I also routinely represent business clients in commercial contract disputes as well as owners and contractors in public and private construction contract litigation. The balance of my litigation practice is general in nature, involving all manner of issues.

I frequently represent parties in litigation based on employment contracts, including actions for breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation and mis-use of trade secrets and other confidential business information, and, less frequently, statutory actions seeking to recover unpaid wages. I also regularly review proposed employment agreements and advise clients concerning the extent to which certain terms may protect or threaten their post-employment interests
