Dean Vincent Dominick

I am have dedicated my enitre practice to representing injured workers for over 25 years.  I am Certified as a Specialist in the Practice of Workers" Compensation Law by the PA Bar Association's Secition on Workers' Compensation as Authorized by the PA Supreme Court and was among the first lawers to obtain that Certification when it first became available in 2013.

I dreamed of practicing law as far back as elementary school, and fulfilled that dream when I earned my law degree from the Dickinson School of Law.

I believe injured victims in workers' compensation cases deserve to be treated with dignity and respect - something they rarely receive from an insurance company - and have made this a motivating factor in my success.

I am a member, and Past President, of the York County Bar Association, and am still very active on the Social (past Chairman) and Bar Center (current Chairman since 2013 Committees, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a member of the PBA’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law, a  past member of the Section’s Council and still serves on the Specialist Certification Committee. I am also a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and was a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from 2012 - 2018.
