Biography
Dave is a shareholder in Saxton & Stump’s Real Estate and Education groups, based in the firm’s York office. With over 25 years of experience, he represents public entities in matters such as municipal tax assessment appeals, real estate transactions, and construction law. An architect by education and through his work as a construction estimator before law school, Dave brings a unique perspective in advising clients on construction and real estate projects involving private developers, purchasers, and sellers in residential and commercial spaces. During his senior year of law school, he also gained exposure to municipal law as the Zoning Officer in the Borough of Carlisle.
Dave is an active member of the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs and the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors. He graduated from Penn State Dickinson Law and earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University.
