Mom died over 2 years ago. I've called several times asking for updates on the estate. Initially I was basically being forced to sign off on our family home and I resisted because I had no info on why this was being asked of me. i say I feel forced because despite my calls inquiring to the issue I w...as never once spoken to. Eventually a deed came which asked me to release property. I called again, to see what was happening. No call. I did not sign due to the lack of information. I am now so sick of his that I am willing to sign just to end this charade. I called to ask how to do this. No reply my understanding is people are residing in this home that I, eldest child, never signed a transfer of deed on! Something is terribly amiss here. I feel as though things were done behind closed doors because if I did not sign off, the deed couldn't be transferred. Something rings wrong here.
