Biography
Born and raised in Ohio, Attorney Nell received his law degree in Florida, where he initiated his practice. As a child he often visited his grandfather's farm near East Berlin, Pennsylvania, where he utimately chose to settle. He and his wife of 30 plus years, Marcia, an assistant Professor at Millersville University, have raised four children. They are now the proud grandparents of two.
