OUTCOME: Favorable Ruling on Key Issues
Appellate case where I sought and obtained more holiday and summer visitation for my client, a firefighter who worked differing hours. The original order severely limited visitation and the trial court ... denied our request for a new trial. The Court of Appeals ruled that the trial court erred in limiting the visitation based on the arguments I presented on appeal and sent the case back to the trial court to expand visitation.
