OUTCOME: Arbitration outcome: six figures

Plaintiff was severely injured and sustained a traumatic brain injury when a stairway in his apartment complex failed as he walked on them. We proved that the failure resulted from water infiltration ... and mold which had weakened the structural integrity of the stairway. We also showed the extent to which the brain injury affected his life, by calling co-workers and family members who testified to the changes in the plaintiff's personality and work ability.
