OUTCOME: Reduced to running a red light

Client was pulled over for running a red light, performed field sobriety test and was arrested for DUI. After filing a motion to suppress the State agreed to exclude some of the field sobriety test. A ... few days prior to trial the State offered to reduced the charge to reckless driving. It was refused and we further prepared for trial. The State then agreed to dismiss the DUI charge if my client agreed to plea to the charge of running a red light. The client gladly accepted the offer.
