OUTCOME: Custody was award to maternal Aunt & Uncle

We represented maternal Aunt & Uncle who sought legal custody of niece. Child's mother had agreed it was in the child's best interest for Aunt and Uncle to have custody of the child but the father did ... not agree and sought custody himself. Ultimately the Court decided that father was unfit and awarded custody to Aunt & Uncle.
