OUTCOME: Conviction reversed

Defendant was sentenced to 6 months in prison after he believed he was entering drug court which would result in dismissal. I filed his appeal claiming the trial court abused it's discretion in not en ... forcing the plea agreement and not allowing him to withdraw his plea when it deviated from the plea agreement.
