I worked for American Water Works Company, Inc. for ten years as an in-house counsel. While there, I served as VP - Legal and Secretary for Virginia and Maryland American Water.

I served as Executive Deputy Insurance Commissioner with the PA Insurance Department from 2015 to 2019.

I handled acquisitions for American Water Works Company, Inc.
