Meghan Anne Van Leeuwen

I am a patent attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property group where I counsel clients regarding intellectual property issues. My practice focuses on patent strategy, trademark preparation and prosecution, and the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, particularly in the biotechnology area.

I have experience drafting patent applications in a wide variety of biotechnology, chemical, electronic and mechanical arts. Some of my experience includes patent applications related to biotechnology, rapid point-of-care diagnostic devices, semiconductors, carbon fibers, downdraw glass-forming methods and apparatuses, electrostatic precipitators, mechanical arts and automotive technologies.
