Kimberly A Selemba

I focus my practice in a variety of industries including senior care, liquor licensing & alcohol, hospitality and transportation. I represent businesses and individuals with commercial and business disputes in state and federal courts and help clients to resolve cases through alternative dispute resolutions including mediation and arbitration.

As part of my Senior Care practice, I regularly advise long-term care facilities and senior living communities on developing risk mitigation strategies to reduce adverse events and provide representation should professional or general liability claims arise.

I represent commercial vehicle owners and operators in defending vehicle accident litigation and Vehicle Code violations. I advise clients regarding freight claims and other transportation issues, including transportation agreements, electronic evidence issues and document retention specific to the industry.

In addition, I represent beverage retailers, distributors, restaurants, hotels, bars, private clubs, music and entertainment venues, breweries, wineries and distilleries on licensing, permits and compliance as well as enforcement actions and claims resolution. I have written and traveled state-wide to present on the topics of alcoholic beverages, transportation and commercial litigation.
