Faith Pensinger

Faith Pensinger is an associate in Saxton & Stump’s Death Care and Business and Corporate groups in its suburban Harrisburg office. She partners with funeral homes, cemeteries, crematories, and other death care professionals to navigate complex legal and business challenges. Faith advises clients on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions and sales, business formation, succession planning, and financing, helping owners protect their legacy while positioning their businesses for long-term success.

Faith began her legal career focused on employment litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. She uses that experience in counseling clients on noncompete, recruiting, retention, and other human resources issues.

Faith graduated magna cum laude from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law. During law school, she held a leadership role with the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy, where she supported and strengthened a nationwide network of more than 50 lawyer and student chapters. She also gained valuable government experience as an intern with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General’s Civil Litigation Division.

Before entering the legal profession, Faith developed a strong foundation in operations and financial management as an executive assistant and bookkeeper for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. In that role, she supported senior leadership, managed high-level communications, prepared budgets and audits, and contributed to appellate advocacy efforts.

Faith earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Shippensburg University and further broadened her perspective through international study at the University of Salamanca in Spain.
