Dominic Vincent Giovanniello

I focus my practice on litigation representing a wide range of individuals and business entities.

I was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in December 2020. Since then, I have represented a wide array of businesses including corporations, limited liability companies, non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations, and individuals in estate administration proceedings, real estate transactions, and in matters before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and throughout the Commonwealth’s Courts of Common Pleas.

I am a 2017 graduate of Shippensburg University where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. I graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2020, where I served as a certified legal intern for the Widener Civil Law Clinic.

I am a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. I am admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
