Focusing primarily on real estate, I represent buyers and sellers in commercial real estate deals, prepare and negotiate leases, draft planned community and condominium documents, and assist with related matters. I am a licensed title agent with experience closing commercial and residential transactions.
I also work with the firm’s corporate and business law and banking and financial services groups and have represented businesses in both simple and complex matters requiring detailed analysis and innovative solutions. I cover all aspects of corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, and negotiation and execution of various types of contracts. I am also able to negotiate financing, structure financing documents, negotiate workouts, and assist with debt restructuring and collections.
