I got into contact with Troy after I had a work related auto accident that wasn’t my fault. Once Troy was assigned to my case I knew I was in good hands and he was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. He is excellent with communication every step of the way, when he knew something I knew it t...oo. He laid everything out and made sure I understood and if not took the time to explain things. When I had to meet him at the york office he was always very punctual/early. I was extremely satisfied with Troy and how he handled my case, he got me more than I expected and in a timely manner! If your lucky enough to choose or have Troy assigned to your case rest assured he will go above and beyond the extra mile for you! I really felt he cares about his clients and does anything he can to get the most for them, I didn’t feel like a case number which great! I would definitely recommend and use him in the future if need be!
