Biography
Dave concentrates his practice in real estate development law, land use planning, business law, and estate planning. He has represented residential, commercial, and industrial developers before more than 70 municipal governing bodies and zoning hearing boards throughout South Central Pennsylvania. He has also represented many individuals in the buying and selling of their homes. He is a title agent, and his firm can provide title insurance for any size residential or business transaction.
Dave has represented business clients and individuals before numerous magesterial district justice courts and county courts of common pleas. He has appeared before Pennsylvania appellate courts and the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Dave has represented many large and small businesses in matters such as business planning, formation of businesses, and acquisition and sale of businesses. He has had the privilege of assisting many individuals and families with estate planning and administration issues.
