Divorce is not the sole basis for denial means tfrom being divorced from your spouse will not cause your case to be denied systematically. Please...

It does not seem that your employer's attorney made a mistake and you do not need to go out of the country for a visa.

You need a visa to go to Canada if you are Bahamian and do not have a Green Card. If you have a valid visa they will let you back in the US.
