Donald Lee Carmelite

Don currently focuses his practice on the defense of claims made and suits brought against public entities, municipal authorities and local governments.

Don has developed experience in a wide array of casualty areas such as motor vehicle and transportation litigation, premises liability, product liability, and liquor liability to name a few.

Don worked for the PA-DEP litigation counsel and I clerked for Judge Krancer, Chief Judge to the Environmental Hearing Board. Currently, Don handled a number of matters involving airborne contaminates, UST, and contamination of the lands and waterways through UST, gas leaks or liquid spills.
