I am a board certified civil litigator and can handle all aspects of your litigation.  I focus on the representation of professionals and their businesses and associations.  (Particularly in the area of licensing or professional liability matters.)  I represent CPAs and other accountants, attorneys, physicians, and other professionals throughout Pennsylvania.  Let me know how I can help you.

I also serve as legal counsel to several associations and provide them with assistance in board matters, personnel issues, contracting, litigation and an entire array of association issues.  I am open to the representation of other associations regardless of the size of the organization.  Let me know if your association needs any outside counsel.
