OUTCOME: Client was charged with 4 counts of Sexual Battery by an Authority Figure. 2 Counts dismissed at close of states proof, Remaining two counts were found "NOT GUILTY" by the Jury.

Client was accused when a teenage step-daughter got angry for being disciplined by client and falsely accused him of touching her inappropriately. Case was tried before a jury with my partner Carrie Ga ... saway, aka; "the Blonde Assassin" for her ability to cross examine alledged "victims".
