Mr. Saidis Represents numerous small and medium size businesses by handling their legal corporate, financial and business planning needs. His corporate clients include numerous regional companies and family owned businesses providing a cross section of products and services.
Mr. Saidis drafts Wills, Powers of Attorneys, Living Trusts, Living Wills and other more complicated estate planning documents. Upon the loss of a family member he is available with our paralegals to compassionately settle the estate.
Mr. Saidis oversees our firm's real estate practice which includes title insurance, search, settlements and other related services for our commercial and residential real estate. His practice group represents developers, builders, realtors and numerous real estate-affiliated clients including lenders and condominium associations.
Mr. Saidis has represented Township Zoning Hearing Boards and other municipal entities including townships, boroughs and governmental consortiums. He previously served as Solicitor of Cumberland County for 10 years.
Robert C. Saidis is a founding partner of our law firm and has been very active in the community. His practice, which focuses in real estate, business, estate planning, elder law and municipal law, has helped him forge strong relationships with local government officials, community business people and individuals responsible for growing and enhancing Cumberland County, PA. Outside the office Mr. Saidis gives his time and talents by playing an active role in numerous community organizations including his involvement in the Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity.
