Mr. Sullivan provides litigation counsel and services to individuals, businesses and government entities. Focusing on sophisticated commercial disputes involving commercial transactions, employment contracts and covenants, trade secrets, and corporate and partnership organizational and control issues. He devotes a significant portion of his practice to fiduciaries and beneficiaries in issues arising from the administration of estates and trusts and distribution of estate and trust assets.
