My practice is limited to business and real estate transactional work, as well as miscellaneous research, writing, collections and counseling for clients with whom I have a close relationship. My geographic focus tends to be central Pennsylvania.
I am co-President of Joe Krentzman & Son, Inc. and participate in various outside entities, as well. I serve as Chief Legal Officer for companies in which I have an ownership interest, as well as on the Boards of Directors of the SEDA-COG Joint Railroad Authority and Kish Bank. I represent all Scrap Recyclers in Pennsylvania as Chief of Legislative Affiairs for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industires (ISRI).
