Wade D. Manley

Mr. Manley practices in the fields of transportation/trucking law, insurance defense, as well as automobile, commercial and product liability litigation. Mr. Manley represents clients in all Pennsylvania Federal District Courts, State trial and appellate courts and administrative courts, including workers' compensation. 

Mr. Manley is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA), currently serving as a member of TIDA's Young Professionals Committee. He is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Defense Institute and Harrisburg Claims Association. He is a member of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce. 

For a fifth time, Mr. Manley was named as a 2014 Rising Star in the Transportation practice area by the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine. Pennsylvania Super Lawyers is a listing of outstanding attorneys who, through peer review and independent research, have been identified as having attained a high level of peer recognition and professional achievement. 

Mr. Manley is a parishioner of St. Theresa's Catholic Church in New Cumberland, where he serves on the Board for the Parish's athletics program. He also serves on the organizational committee for the Parish's annual Oktoberfest Celebration. Mr. Manley worked to establish the Bret J. Keefe Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Fore 81 Golf Classic which financially supports the Scholarship Fund. He is active in coaching youth baseball and basketball in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Manley is a northeastern Pennsylvania native and graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
